Salem Dental Laboratory provides an extensive range of laboratory services and products, with the communication and service of a small laboratory. Always known for our cosmetic ceramic reconstructions featuring Ips.empress, we now offer dentists advanced technology and materials like e.max press, and zirconia. You will also discover our technicians capable of supporting your need for denture and partial services, including the newest “flexible” partial materials.
All of your cases are manufactured using FDA approved and ADA accepted materials. And, as a certified member of the Dental Laboratory Infection Control Council, we meet strict requirements for maintaining the health and safety of both our technicians and your team.

Nader Salem, Laboratory President
Discovered his passion for dental technology in 1996 while working beside his father and uncle at Salem Laboratory. Primarily focused on crown and bridge, and implant technologies, Nader has also completed Captek Accreditation at UCLA School of Dentistry. He became Laboratory President in 2008.

Roger Salem, CDT, Consultant (Former President/GM)
Still contributing regularly to team development and client relationships, Roger now serves as a consultant to Salem, the laboratory he co-founded with his brother George in 1967.

Paula Brandt, Administrator
After a 10 year career in dental assisting Paula joined Salem in 2001. Having dealt with patients and insurance companies, her understanding of dental office procedures contributes to Salem’s ability to build client relationships. She was promoted to Laboratory Administrator in 2008.

Rossanna Reyna, Crown & Bridge Manager
Trained in the USAF as a dental technologist, Rossanna ‘s 30 years experience in production, training, and management have added to our fixed department capabilities. Since joining Salem in 2008, she has quickly adapted new technology and materials like pressed e.max®, and Bruxzir®, to better serve our clients.

John Kostas, Denture Manager
He grew up working beside two general dentists and an oral surgeon in his father’s dental practice, where dentures were delivered every day. Now, with over 30 year’s denture experience, John is an invaluable resource to Salem’s clients, helping them to produce successful results.

Margarita, Denture Team Leader
A graduate of Health Careers Center for Dental Assisting, Remington College, and a CDA since 2005, Margarita began her career in dental technology at Salem in 2008. She has successfully completed a course study in the theory and practical application of complete dentures by Ivoclar Vivadent. Her education and office experience as an assistant has accelerated her progress as a technician and team leader.

Steven Salem, Partials Team Leader
Joined Salem Laboratory in 1996. Steve trained with his father, Roger Salem, in partial denture design and production and continues the family tradition of guaranteeing workmanship and pride in everything produced at Salem. Steve has successfully completed a course study in the theory and practical application of complete dentures by Ivoclar Vivadent.
